Andre Neutzler becomes sole shareholder and managing director

Since 1 January 2025, Andre Neutzler will be the sole shareholder and Managing Director of ebalta Kunststoff GmbH. His previous co-partners Thiemo Langer and Boris Langer have sold their shares in the company to him. Thiemo Langer is retiring and giving up his position as Head of Sales and Managing Director. His brother Boris Langer will continue to act as ebalta sales partner for Switzerland.

‘I would like to express my sincere thanks to my previous co-partners for the good cooperation,’ says Andre Neutzler. ‘We took on this responsible task as young people in our 30s and have grown into our roles together. I am very proud of what we have achieved and built up together over the past few years.’

The overall direction of the company will not change. The most important focal points for the coming years are Further development of the sustainability of ebalta Kunststoffe, greater internationalisation and the development of new business areas.

ebalta Kunststoff GmbH was founded in Rothenburg ob der Tauber in 1974. Initially, the founders and shareholders were Rüdiger Langer, Eberhard Neutzler, Hermann Schieber, Siegfried Schroff and Karl-Heinz Giertz. From 1998, Andre Neutzler, Thiemo Langer and Boris Langer bought the shares of the previous owners and have managed the company as a trio ever since. Andre Neutzler became Managing Director in 1999 and Thiemo Langer became the second Managing Director in 2018.
