This carbon offset project generates clean energy from hydropower and thus avoids emissions from fossil fuels.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to offsetting, ebalta also supports <a href=\"https:\/\/www.natureoffice.com\/en\/carbon-offset-projects\/project-togo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PROJECT TOGO<\/a>, a reforestation project in which self-sustaining value chains are established. The donation from ebalta will be used to purchase an oil mill for the women\u2019s cooperative in Kotokop\u00e9, Togo.<\/p>\n<p>The company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.natureoffice.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">natureOffice<\/a>, a member of the Alliance for Climate and Development, supported ebalta in carrying out the offsetting and certification of carbon neutral
