PU Boards and Blocks from ebalta – technical standard and high-quality surfaces combined<\/h2><\/div>
Both for design model making, foundry pattern making, mould and tool making, as well as for series parts; when it comes to plastic materials for models, tools and moulds, polyurethane boards and polyurethane blocks from ebalta set the standard. Because ebalta PU boards are the material of choice, especially when high-quality surfaces are required and a special technical requirement exists. From design studies, foundry patterns, plastic core boxes, thermoforming to series production: for every application, ebalta supplies an extensive product portfolio that is unique on the market with the PU board material ebaboard and the ebablock\u00ae plastic blocks without joints made to individual dimensions.<\/div><\/div>

Areas of application for ebalta’s polyurethane boards and blocks, which have been tested over many years, are diverse: The Ureol board ebaboard PW 920<\/a> with a density of 1.22 g\/cm\u00b3 is used for high abrasion resistant moulds, foundry patterns and core boxes. The design board ebaboard 0700<\/a> with a density of 0.70 g\/cm\u00b3 is used for models and moulds with a high-quality surface. The individual PUR plastic block, made of ebablock\u00ae P 185<\/a> with a density of 1.85 g\/cm\u00b3, is used for cast-to-size master models and series components.<\/p>\n
